Payment

Refunds

Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://talishko.com/. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@talishko.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and accessories. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request a cancellation – we will happily process a full refund if the request is made within this period. Beyond this 24-hour window, your order will have entered production and can no longer be canceled or modified, except for shipping address changes. To request a cancellation, please contact us at help@talishko.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed, we can still correct or modify your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, no further changes can be made.
