How do I use a coupon code?

Just enter the coupon code at the input box at the checkout page, the discount will auto-apply on your order. Please make sure of the coupon using dates. If it expires, your coupon code won't work.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse.
Our order processing times are:
2-3 business days depending on product design and item.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer both free and paid shipping. You will see both option on checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yep! We offer worldwide shipping and shipping is free for all orders. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 4 to 8 business days in USA, 6 to 12 in United Kingdom. 7 to 14 for the rest of the world.

Can I change my address?

If your package has not yet been shipped, please contact us or click HERE to edit your correct shipping address as soon as possible.

Do you provide shipping updates?

Yes, we provide shipping updates via email. You will receive notifications when your order is processed, shipped, and out for delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

I received a defective/damaged item, what do I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@talishko.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
