Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, let's fix it. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
๐ How to Initiate a Return
Before sending anything back, please email our return team at help@talishko.com to start the process.
Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including accessories). Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
๐ซ Non-Refundable Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The following are non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards / Gift items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@talishko.com with details and photos of the issue. We will resolve this promptly for you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
