How to Measure
Our charts list garment measurements taken flat, not body measurements. The most reliable method: take a piece that already fits you well, lay it flat, measure it, and match the numbers to the chart. Measuring your body instead? Keep the tape snug, not tight, and stand relaxed.
Tops
- Chest
- Straight across from underarm to underarm, then doubled for full circumference.
- Length
- From the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Shoulder
- Seam to seam across the back.
- Sleeve
- From the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Bottoms
- Waist
- Straight across the waistband, unstretched, then doubled.
- Hips
- Across the widest point below the waistband, doubled.
- Length
- From the top of the waistband to the hem.
- Leg Opening
- Straight across the hem opening, doubled.
